Aggregate Testing

Aggregates make up the bulk of most construction materials — base, sub-base, concrete and asphalt — so their quality directly drives performance and cost. Aggregate testing confirms that a source meets specification before you commit to it.

Letaba Lab runs the complete aggregate test suite: grading and fines, strength (ACV, 10% FACT), durability (Los Angeles abrasion), particle shape (flakiness) and cleanliness (sand equivalent).

We support quarry and borrow-source approval so you can qualify a new source, or verify an existing one, with accredited results engineers accept.
